He was re-elected as a Board of Director by the 8th Annual General Meeting of shareholders that took place on November 23, 2019

Qualification/Education History He holds an MSc degree in Crop Protection Technology and a BSc in Plant Science, both with distinction, from Reading University (UK) and Alemaya College of Agriculture in Ethiopia respectively.

Work Experience He is currently the General Manager and co-owner of ACOS Ethiopia Plc involved in the export of a wide range of pulses. He was earlier General Manager and Country Manager of MakoBu Enterprises Plc and Rhone Poulenc – an internationally renowned agro-chemical manufacturing company based in Lyon France – respectively. He served the former Ministry of State Farms in different positions. He was also a Consultant for Save the Children, UK.
