Ato Girma Kinfemichael, is a graduate of Addis Ababa University with B.A. Degree in Accounting (2002) and B.Sc. in Mathematics (1992). He has also taken various professional, leadership, project management and business trainings in local and abroad. Besides, he is a member of Oracle Technology Network and ITIL Community Forum.

Ato Girma Kinfemichael started his banking carrier in Dashen Bank S.C. and worked there for 22 years in different capacities. From his total experience, he served over 14 years in senior IT managerial positions including Director, IT Infrastructure, Chief Information Officer, Manager, IT Department and Deputy Manager, IT Department. During his previous banking career, he had managed and participated in implementing Core Banking System, Internet Banking and Payment Card System. He has also achieved ITIL Intermediate certification.

Ato Girma joined Addis International Bank S.C. in December 2017 from Dashen Bank S.C.
