He was re-elected as a Board of Director by the Annual General Meeting of shareholders that took place on November 23, 2019.

Qualification/Education History He holds a BA degree in Business Management from the Addis Ababa University and an Advanced Diploma in Development Studies. His areas of specialization include Business Management; Project Management; Project Identification and Preparation; Community-based Development Programme Planning & Implementation; Budgeting, etc. He has participated in training programmes conducted on Strategic Management; Monitoring & Evaluation; Organization Capacity Improvement; Financial Management and Resource Mobilization, etc. He also founder, member and board member of many non-governmental and civil society organizations.

Work Experience He is currently the Executive Director of the NGO – Jerusalem Children & Community Development Organization. He was earlier a System Analyst with the Building Construction Authority in Ethiopia
