She was re-elected as Board Directress by the Annual General Meeting of shareholders that took place on November 23, 2019.

Qualification/Education History She holds a Master degree in Business Leadership, a BA in Economics and a Diploma in General Agriculture. She has participated in many training programmes that mainly included Strategic Planning & Reengineering; General Management, Financial & Internal Control; Monitoring, Evaluation & reporting; Gender Responsive Monitoring and Evaluation conducted by various organizations.

Work Experience She is currently engaged in a private business. She was formerly the General Manager of Joshua Multi-purpose Cooperative organization. She has served as Head of Project Office & Girls Rehabilitation Centre with New Life Teen Challenge Development Porgramme, Addis Ababa; Project, Policy & Research Expert of Oromia Women’s Affairs Bureau; and Project Planning & Project Follow-up Expert & Sales Team Leader of Dinsho Agro-Industrial Company. She was also a Board Secretary, Board Member and Board Chair of many nongovernmental organizations.
